Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund.

Fulfillment Time

Our team works diligently to fulfill your orders in a timely manner. We aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Typical shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays during high volume seasons, due to Inclement weather, or local regulations. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend selecting a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery or insurance.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. In order to process a replacement, we kindly request that you provide us with photos of the damaged item. This will help us assess the situation and ensure a prompt resolution.
